TG778 Terms and Conditions

To register an account and use TG778, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum with no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must be registering and playing solely on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or both.

If TG778 discovers at any point that a member is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all deposits will be reviewed, and any remaining balance or winnings may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy. In such cases, TG778 may withhold balances pending investigation.

To close your TG778 account voluntarily, contact our player support team through the channels available in your account dashboard. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following completion of the standard KYC verification process.

All financial transactions on TG778 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). TG778 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱500; processing typically within minutes
• Maya — minimum deposit ₱500; processing typically within minutes
• Philippine Bank Transfer — subject to standard banking processing times

Deposits are credited to your TG778 balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. TG778 does not add surcharges to deposits on its end; however, your GCash, Maya, or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees according to their own terms.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. TG778 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where:

• KYC verification has not been completed
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• The account is under investigation for Terms violations
• Wagering requirements on active bonuses have not been met

Players are responsible for ensuring that deposits come from legitimate sources in their own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Any attempt to deposit funds on behalf of another person is a breach of these Terms.
